I had an WONDERFUL experience at Bulldog Kia. DeNorris Ross was my sales person, he was so nice and patient. He is trustworthy and not pushy. I shopped at 3 kia dealerships before going to Bulldog Kia, an Ross was my sales person, he was so nice and patient. He is trustworthy and not pushy. I shopped at 3 kia dealerships before going to Bulldog Kia, and went back to purchase because of DeNorris. This was my first vehicle purchase alone (something very scary to do) and he answered all of my questions, followed up with me, and helped me buy a safe reliable vehicle. He was awesome!!! And now I consider us friends. Everyone at Bulldog Kia was very nice and welcoming. I was able to get a Sorento exactly like I wanted and they made the numbers work with my budget. Steve the finance manager was very nice to me, and helped me understand the sales process. I work in sales, so I have high standards for customer service and DeNorris exceeded them. Throughout my sales visit we talked small talk about our families and lives, and I could see that DeNorris is a caring honest person.
