HOW DO I START? BOUGHT 2 NEW KIA SORENTO'S SINCE 2007..AT DEALERSHIP IN S.C. WONDERFUL SALES & SERVICE DEPT. MOVED TO ATHENS ( HAD SORENTO SERVICED AT BULLDOG KIA) HAD THE SAME HIGH QUALITY OF SERVICE AND A DEALERSHIP IN S.C. WONDERFUL SALES & SERVICE DEPT. MOVED TO ATHENS ( HAD SORENTO SERVICED AT BULLDOG KIA) HAD THE SAME HIGH QUALITY OF SERVICE AND A FEW EXTRAS!!!AFTER VISITING THE SERVICE DEPT, I FELT LIKE I COULD REALLY TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! MY G-DAUGHTER NEEDED A CAR, SO I SAW ROBERT HARBISON WHO SOLD US A 2011 FORTA.. A WONDERFUL SALESPERSON WE WERE VERY WELL SATISFIED WITH..BUT LATER I HAD TO TAKE THE FORTA BACK FROM MY G-DAUGHTER. I WAS MAKING PAYMENT ON 2 KIA'S..IT WAS A STRUGGLE!! NO EQUITY IN FORTA, VERY LITTLE IN SORENTO( OH MY GOD!!! WHAT DO I DO?) WELL, I GUESS THE GOOD LORD WALKED IN WITH ME TO ROB HARBISON THAT DAY!! HE SAYS WE WILL GET YOU IN A NEW KIA SORENTO OF YOUR CHOICE AND YOU WILL HAVE ONLY 1 PAYMENT THAT YOU CAN AFFORD!! AND WITH THE SALES MANAGER STEVE AND ROB WORKING HARD, THEY ACCOMPLISHED THIS!!! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL THE KIA STAFF FOR THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND HELPING HAND...AND ESPECIALLY ROBERT HARBISON WHO DIDN'T MAKE THE COMMISSON HE NORMALLY MAKES!!!
