From the begging our experience was nothing but friendly, comfortable, and at the same time very professional. Jonathan and the rest of the crew there at Bulldog Kia left no question unanswered, and we neve comfortable, and at the same time very professional. They waited on us several times even after closing time to make sure that we had everything we needed during the car buying process. I have never felt more comfortable with a dealership and would have no problem in telling my friends and family where to go for their next car. We dealt with several dealerships in the beggining. We had a particular car and package in mind when we started. We actually had one dealership tell us that they could not get the car we needed and that nobody else would either. That same day my husband called Bulldog Kia and by that night they called us back to tell us not only had they found the car, but that they would be driving out to pick it up for us the next morning. Remembering the good old days when you walked into a dealership to do business, and the dealership as a team worked together to make a deal that worked for you. Not worrying about how much money they co dealership to do business, and the dealership as a team worked together to make a deal that worked for you. Not worrying about how much money they could make off of you, but instead, making sure of what you wanted to become a reality. I have done business with another dealership in the area for 3 years, not to mention any names. They would nickel and dime you to death, always trying to sell you a payment instead of a vehicle. Yes I bought 3 new KIA's from them, because Gainesville GA. was where I was and worked. While in Athens, I turned into Bulldog KIA just looking and driving through, and a silver 2013 Forte Koup SX caught my eye. I was driving a 2012 KIA Optima EX. I liked the Koup, looked at it, and saw Chris coming as you always do at most dealerships, and I thought, here we go. BUT! To my surprise, the experience was a pleasant turn of events, not the usual feeling of being in the middle of a shark feeding frenzy. Not only did they trade me out of the Optima and into Koup, they also added the options I wanted and my payment went down with no money out of pocket. Really! it is a true story. Way to go Chris. Way to go team Bulldog KIA. More
