We just purchased our very first Kia and were highly impressed with this dealership. Our Sales Associate, Rob Harbison, was absolutely phenomenal. His knowledge of the vehichle we were looking at was outstanding and he was extremely thorough; however it was the way we were treated that we appreciated the most. Rob was very friendly and kind from the get-go, courteous and attentive to our needs. All communication was helpful and prompt, and we never had that feeling of being pressured. More importantly, we always felt Rob had our best interest in mind. That also goes for the General Sales Manager, James Hammond, who personally called us to assist in any way he could to help us make our purchase possible. We found other employees to be very friendly and willing to be of any assistance, such as Shannon, their Customer Care Manager. I stopped by see if they had a white Base Soul available. Chris showed me a black one and let me drive it. Their prices were reasonible and they offered me great deal on a white Soul that they could get the Chris showed me a black one and let me drive it. I visited Bulldog Kia for the first time this past weekend and had plans to purchase a new car on a new lease. This was my first "big girl" purchase and I don't believe that it could have gone any bet weekend and had plans to purchase a new car on a new lease. He made sure to not only be concerned with my needs, but he was also very friendly to my parents and answered any questions they had as well. The process took us nearly the whole day, but DeNorris stayed right with us the whole time and he was patient, too. If we annoyed him at all (which I would guess that we did), you couldn't tell by his demeanor! I had a great first car buying experience and most of that was thanks to DeNorris and his team. We did not expect to purchase a vehicle when we came in to look. Within 1 hour we were sold. It was a great experience, everyone was friendly and exceedingly helpful.
