The staff ALL seem to have a great, light-hearted sense of humor, that took the edge off of the experience. This was definitely not a typical visit to a car dealership, which is why it was so refreshing. There was even a hiccup in the delivery of our car, but that was handled perfectly by all involved. I manage 65 employees, and I am impressed with the professionalism of EVERY person we encountered, who all are reflections of their leadership. The selection and training of the staff at Bulldog, Athens, is clearly impeccable, and worthy of commendation. My wife and I thank all of you for a great experience! More

My fiance and I were shopping for a car because the vehicle we had was a money pit. We wanted something nice, but both have not so good credit. So when James came outside to chat with us, I told him I wanted to talk about financing before I even looked at cars. He took us inside and took all of our information. He spoke with the finance manager and came back to us, not with a "no", but with OPTIONS. Though they may not have been the best options, who cares! We had options!! James went back and forth between us and the finance manager until we could agree on a payment we were comfortable with. He got us approved for a great car at a great price! We walked out with the keys to our "new" Kia Soul. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! It wasn't just James who took care of us. It was everyone! From the moment we walked in, we felt like a part of the Bulldog family. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you so much!
