I want to specifically mention Chris Singh, who welcomed us and quickly became our new friend! Also, James Hammond, Steven White, and a special word for Wendell Chatham, who all were fantastic! The staff ALL seem to have a great, light-hearted sense of humor, that took the edge off of the experience. This was definitely not a typical visit to a car dealership, which is why it was so refreshing. There was even a hiccup in the delivery of our car, but that was handled perfectly by all involved. I manage 65 employees, and I am impressed with the professionalism of EVERY person we encountered, who all are reflections of their leadership. The selection and training of the staff at Bulldog, Athens, is clearly impeccable, and worthy of commendation. My wife and I thank all of you for a great experience! More

My fiance and I were shopping for a car because the vehicle we had was a money pit. We wanted something nice, but both have not so good credit. So when James came outside to chat with us, I told him I wanted to talk about financing before I even looked at cars. He took us inside and took all of our information. He spoke with the finance manager and came back to us, not with a "no", but with OPTIONS. Though they may not have been the best options, who cares! We had options!! James went back and forth between us and the finance manager until we could agree on a payment we were comfortable with. He got us approved for a great car at a great price! We walked out with the keys to our "new" Kia Soul. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! It wasn't just James who took care of us. It was everyone! Where to begin... First off, I wish there was a 10 for their service instead of 5 stars. I began my car hunting process in late September of 2012, as we were about to come out of Bankruptcy, and my 2003 T their service instead of 5 stars. I got 26/29 but wanted better and knew about Kias from my brother-in-law who works at the Kia Plant in West Point Georgia. And my wife and I went to the Autoshow in Atlanta in Summer 2012 and I fell in love with Kia Optimas. I was thinking I'd always be a Toyota man. So anyways, I contacted Bulldog Kia, and James contacted me back right away. I told them it needed to be on my terms, not to harass me. And allow me to do research and I will contact them regularly until I am able to purchase. Well James did an awesome job respecting my wishes. The entire Bulldog Family did. Last weekend, we were goin up to Bulldog to potentionally buy our new car. James had a family emergency and handed me off to Rob. I knew how happy I was so far with them and rob continued the A+ service. Felt very comfortable with the staff. Both Rob and James were extremely professional. Met all our needs. Got us into a used 2012 Kia Optima LX and we're 150% happy with our choice and with Bulldog Kia. We will use them again soon to upgrade my wife's car to her new Kia and will use either Rob or James because of how professional and nice they are. I know Bogurt is a travel for many, but if you want a good deal and the friendly staff to help, and have a great experience at a dealership. Use Bulldog Kia! Rob is the absolute best at what he does. The staff is dedicated to meeting your needs. And like James, Rob doesn't have a mean bone or isn't the traditional car salesmen who lie cheat or fake their happy to get you that car. I ended up choosing the KIA Optima and have had it a year - love it and choose to drive a little further for service just to go to Bulldog Kia. I was treated in a friendly professional manner, and I have recommended Rob to others. One neighbor also purchased her KIA from Rob after my recommendation, and she was quite pleased as well.
