I was a first time buyer and had gone to other dealerships where I had bad experiences. Other dealerships wasted my time and played games. My husband works 52 miles (one-way) from home, he was driving an old beater (92 Olds Royale 88) that we kept having to put dollar after dollar into just to get him to work, so asked him if he wanted me t driving an old beater (92 Olds Royale 88) that we kept having to put dollar after dollar into just to get him to work, so asked him if he wanted me to research used cars at dealerships and he said YES please. I did and in doing my research found that KIA is the BEST overall car for saving gas $!! So i located 2 KIA stores-one in Bogart and 1 in Buford. I called Bogart and got a Mr Jonathan Pace and explained what we were looking for and that time was of the essance as I do not have time to waste with pushy salesmen especially if we already knew what we wanted and the price range and he said to do an app online first--I did--we were pre-approved and he called an told me we were and set an appt for 3-16-2013. Then a woman called and let me know exactly what to bring with me to appt--trade-in title--W-2--last pay stub--and a utility bill--NOW I can't wait till Saturday!! We own 3 vehicles all older and all causing problems and not being able to stay on the road so we took the Olds and traded in on a 2011 Forte and then I drove my 1998 Nissan Maxima up there (which I just replaced the passenger CV joint-needs driver side done and sensors (3) replaced) so Jonathan suggested we get a car for me as well--Guess what?? I got a 2011 Rio!! We love both cars!! Could not of asked for a better salesman or dealership, as far as that goes. They are family owned and operated and friendly all the way from the owner to the registration woman (probably a daughter of the owner). They are all friendly and everyone wears a smile! I don't feel like we were pressured in any way and our experience was EXCELLENT with this dealership and I would recommend them to anyone as well as the name KIA! GREAT car GREAT gas mileage and GREAT FUN car's to drive--The Rio and Forte, in my opinion, are the two GREATEST cars on the market today for the average blue collar worker for the money spent!! Jonathan: Thank You for a Great Saturday experience and 2 Great cars! Thank you for having my husband see the light to get two at one time! I will personally recommend you as salesperson to ALL my friends! Sorry about getting back so late BUT glad you stayed open till we got back with the trade-in! You all are FANTASTIC!!!! I was having the worst week ever when it came to cars. My mazda had completely stopped on me, and I had no other means of transporation. I was so desperate to get another car because I didn't want to waste anymore money on my old car. I was just browsing online through the different kia dealerships. Since Bulldog Kia was right here in Athens, I just took a chance and decided to fill out the application. It came back pre-approved and from there everything took off. When I received the call from Chris I knew I had made the right decision. He was so generous and kind throughout the entire ordeal. When I told him what I couldn't do he fought to get me what I could do. I guess I wasn't leaving until he got me a car. The funny thing is the car he was trying to sell me I really didn't want. The car he finally sold me was the one I actually came up there for. I was the happiest girl in the world I love my 2012 Kia Optima, but it wouldn't have happened without the man Chris Singh. He was the best car salesman and I would recommend him to anyone as well as the dealership. Everyone at Bulldog Kia was so kind, caring and funny from the moment I walked through the door. My husband and I had not purchased a vehicle, new or otherwise, in over 10 years. We wanted the experience to be painless but we were skeptical! He was honest, helpful, and truly interested in what we were looking for and able to afford. He went above and beyond, even staying 1 1/2 hours after closing to help us close our new vehicle purchase. Our experience with Bulldog KIA and Sam Rivera were exceptional. We are looking for a used car, in a certain price range, good reviews, low miles,and Sam has been so wonderful about helping us look. I was working with Jonathan via e-mail and phone (I hate car dealerships and just was not really ready to make a new purchase) but decided to stop by this past Saturday where Nic introduced me to the Rio and Forte! Nic knew that Jonathan was my sales guy but he took the time to show me around! Jonathan was very mindful of my busy schedule and helped to make sure as much paperwork was completed before I ever stepped onto the lot. He was able to get me into a 2013 Kia Forte that I have to say I am actually beginning to like a lot! I am used to driving SUVs (Sorento and Yukon) so going to a car worried me a little....but after driving it and knowing how much I will be saving on fuel has eased all my concerns! I love that Jonathan and Nic were not pushy at all...they both made me feel like I was their only customer and number one priority. Jonathan even helped me clean out my Sorento! If you're in the market for a car stop by and ask for Jonathan! He will get you the best deal possible. More
