I had a great experience purchasing a new 2014 Sorento from Bulldog Kia. Austin Hammond did a great job, and I really appreciated the fact that he was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy at all. If he did not know an answer, he was quick to find out for me. Austin Hammond was gone the day I actually picked up my new car, but DeNorris Ross did a great job of explaining the car in great detail and answering all of my questions. The one thing I did not appreciate was that the price was not reduced for me until I really pushed hard. Once I told the manager that I couldn't pay the sticker price and had to get below a certain amount, he then told me that there were some rebates that I qualified for. I would never have learned about these though unless I had not pushed really hard for a price reduction. Overall, it was a great experience, and I believe the main reason why I went back to Bulldog Kia to look at the Sorento a second time was because Austin Hammond was very friendly and not pushy! More
I was sold on Kia when I bought a Optima..Loved it. I traded for a Sorento in 2010. This was the worst experience I had ever had with a car dealership/ It took me almost 5 hr to come to a agreement and t traded for a Sorento in 2010. This almost killed me with Kia. I wish I knew of a survey then for Kia Mall of Ga. Unprofessional and very ugly if thugs do not go their way. I hdad been to Kia in Athens serval years ago to buy. Prices WAY to hig is why I with to Atlanta are. Over the years I has takes my cars for service in Athens. At ffirst it was terrible..well not good. Once They aligned my front end..well was suppose to and was it was no time my tires wore out. I told them and they said, Those people do not work here anymore. I said..not my problem but that got me know where. I started to see changes are there. Good ones. Up grades etc...so when It came time to size down my car I thought I would give them another chance. BOY am I glad I did. Shannon was great. Very helpful, informative, professional, and follows through with what she says she will. A wonderful front end person for sales. Thanks Shannon! She then turned me over to Chis S. He is a GREAT guy. He too very helpful, informative, professional, al follows through with what he says. Right now there is a little issues with my leather and he is working on it. I also received a letter for a 250.00 credit to acesssories He is honoring that. I feel good that all this will be taken care of. Chris knew I was pressed for time that day and did the best he could to get it done. He DID! It is the easiest car I have ever bought. I am not sure the name of the finance guy, but he was great as well I want to thank Shannon, Chris and Bulldog Kia for making this a great experience and putting m,y faith back in Kia. oh and Bo in service is great too! I love my Soul!!! More

Chris Singh is a great sales consultant. He was very persistent in assisting me with finding the right vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted and Chris worked hard to make the deal. Once at the lot, Chris took the time to go over every aspect of the vehicle, answered all my questions with great knowledge and was very instrumental in my final decision to purchase.
