We both could not believe there were no hassles and no pressure from our salesman, Chris Dalton, to "push" or "pressure" us into the trade. Within ten minutes of walking around the lot with Sam, I knew he was authentic and honest. We spent about three hours total with Sam and while we initially thought we'd be getting a minivan or a small SUV, Sam was patient with us while we changed our mind completely. He was understanding and friendly and really, more human than any salesman I've ever met. We had a great experience with the finance manager who was able to bend and shape a loan around our personal needs. Overall, we felt like the dealership itself was great. When we're ready for something bigger than our Kia Soul, we're going to come back to Sam Rivera, for sure. More

It had been 14 years since we had purchased a new car and we were quite apprehensive about the upcoming "adventure" and had been "putting it off"! Once we began lingering at the Kia Soul, Jonathan approached us and explained "all" the details of the vehicle, showed us how everything worked and invited us to test drive it. We loved it! We returned and immediately began the finace section of the purchase. Jon gave us several finace options and worked closely with Steve Carter to pull it all together. Within hours, we were on our way home with our beautiful new Kia Soul! Our daughter named her Jamie and she is a welcomed addition to our family. No Stress, No Hassles, and in Budget!! I had a great experience purchasing a new 2014 Sorento from Bulldog Kia. Austin Hammond did a great job, and I really appreciated the fact that he was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy at all. If he did not know an answer, he was quick to find out for me. Austin Hammond was gone the day I actually picked up my new car, but DeNorris Ross did a great job of explaining the car in great detail and answering all of my questions. The one thing I did not appreciate was that the price was not reduced for me until I really pushed hard. Once I told the manager that I couldn't pay the sticker price and had to get below a certain amount, he then told me that there were some rebates that I qualified for. I would never have learned about these though unless I had not pushed really hard for a price reduction. Overall, it was a great experience, and I believe the main reason why I went back to Bulldog Kia to look at the Sorento a second time was because Austin Hammond was very friendly and not pushy! More
