I was not prepared to purchase an automobile on the same day I went to look, but Sam Rivera greeted me on the lot and in no time, he made me feel very comfortable. I live just northwest of Atlanta, and I made the drive to the Athens area to see the folks at Bulldog Kia. My father works in the auto industry, and when I told him I was thinking of buying a Kia, he recomme the Athens area to see the folks at Bulldog Kia. After comparing their prices to other Kia dealers in the state, I agreed that they should be the first place I went to look for a vehicle. Coming from over an hour away, I worked with Paige from their Internet Department to narrow down what I would want to look at once I arrived at the dealership. When I got there, she introduced me to Sam, who showed me around the lot and accompanied me on test drives. Once we figured out the one that I liked the best, I worked with Steven on the financial terms. All three were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. Paige responded to my emails very quickly, and answered every question I had for her over the phone. Sam did the same in person once I arrived. Steven helped me identify the down payment and loan terms that worked best for me. Every step of the way, they made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I was not expecting to finalize anything the first day I went there, but after spending some time with everyone, it was clear that I didn't need to look at any other dealerships. I was able to get my first new vehicle with a payment that I'm very comfortable with. They even offered to send someone to pick up my trade-in (70 miles from the dealership) and took the time to help me set up my Bluetooth and other functions of the car that I wasn't familiar with before I left the lot (an hour and a half after closing). I could not have asked for anything more than what I got. It was completely devoid of stress or pressure, and I will make the trip to Bulldog Kia again in a few years when it's my wife's turn to look at new vehicle options. More

I was at another Kia dealership in Metro Atlanta and wanted to get a price point comparison. I heard of Bulldog Kia and was curious how a similar vehicle would compare. I googled the number , got Sam Ri wanted to get a price point comparison. I heard of Bulldog Kia and was curious how a similar vehicle would compare. I googled the number , got Sam Rivera when I asked for Sales. He was very willing to meet the demanding and cryptic request I made, and in a very quick manner. He called me back within 5 minutes and had a ball park number that was close enough to generate my interest. I made an appointment to see Sam and test drive the vehicle we discussed for the next morning. I had a change in my schedule and instead made my way to Bulldog that day. i arrived unannounced. I was greeted by a Young Man named Austin, who was more than willing and and had the product knowledge to keep me interested and at the Dealership until Sam was free. (Sam was with another customer, since I arrived unannounced, I was perfectly fine with that). We were able to make the Deal (after a very amusing test drive with Austin). This is day 2 with the vehicle and I have found a couple minor cosmetic issues, which when I advised Sam, he was more than helpful and is making arrangements for the corrections. Since I am having some aftermarket work done that were part of the deal, I am CONFIDENT that Sam will arrange for ALL of the work to be completed without having to make multiple appointments.
