We were very impressed with the estimated gas milage,the price and the curtious prompt attention given to us by the employees, especially Mr James Montalvo.Mr Montalvo was friendly,professional and answered all of our questions in detail,thus making us feel at ease with our purchase.Because of the above following reasons ,we returned and purchased a Kia Forte a few days later. We look forward to driving our new auto's for many years and will definately refer this Dealership and Employee to our relatives,friends and neighbors. Most wonderful experience EVER! I have regained my faith I bought a Kia Forte from Carriage Kia in Gainesville about a year ago and paid it off the same year. I had a horrible experience and refused to go ba I bought a Kia Forte from Carriage Kia in Gainesville about a year ago and paid it off the same year. I had a horrible experience and refused to go back there for any reason (doesn't help I have a warranty with them specifically). The check engine light came on in my Kia Forte a month after my 1 year anniversary of having it. My husband took my car to Kia and spoke with Jamie Bales in the service department who let me know I could get my car fixed at Bulldog and that it was still covered under warranty and I did not have to go back to Carriage Kia. I did not call the dealership myself because I lost complete trust in dealers. I was frustrated with the paint job on my Forte as it was chipping off, but the other dealership only showed me 2 cars before I bought one and I paid $3000.00 more than they had the exact same car advertised for on their website. I tried to return my Forte to Carriage and they do not allow 3 day returns as that is ruled out in their contract. They did finally give me an owners manual, and extra key, and took off $1500.00 of the sales price however my husband had to sign something to remove his negative review, none of which were able to be taken down on the car sites. Needless to say I am very apprehensive of dealerships and what I really wanted was a Kia Optima, which I probably could have gotten in the first place had I not been ripped off. I contacted Sam Rivera at Bulldog Kia and told him my car would be in the shop at their dealership and see if he could have it appraised. Within 2 hours they had me an offer for trade $1000.00 more than I was expecting. When I got that email, I went to the dealership. I test drove 3 optimas and looked at most of them on the lot. JUSTIN GRAY was my sales guy and he was SO PATIENT AND SO AWESOME! He didn't seem nervous I wouldn't buy the car or annoyed at my indecisiveness at all! I don't think I could have handled myself better if it were me to be honest. I spoke with Steven White, who is beyong awesome as well and Steven and Justin's service is why I bought this car from Bulldog. I couldn't find the car for a better price anywhere in Atlanta with the features mine has (which is all of them). They let me drive the car and keep it over night just so I could be sure. Steven got me a killer interest rate where my previous dealership gave me one option and that was it. I have not only bought a car but a relationship. I even tried to beat the interest rate I was given and I couldn't. Everything Bulldog Kia told me was spot on and I couldn't beat it. I look forward to getting my windows tinted with them and ALL my maintenance because I am no longer afraid to walk into this dealership because I know they are honest, hardworking, morally sound in business.
