A good trade in! I went to just look at what Bulldog Kia had on the lot not knowing I was going to trade the same day. I actually had just previously left the Honda de I went to just look at what Bulldog Kia had on the lot not knowing I was going to trade the same day. I actually had just previously left the Honda dealership and did not stay 5 minutes tops. The prices were over marked for my budget. So, I decided to check Kia out and what do you know, I'm a Kia owner for the first time. They offered me more than a Honda dealership and CarMax both. They made me an offer that was within my range and I decided to give the Kia a shot. I drive a lot of miles and was in the market for something with lesser miles and better on fuel would be a bonus. The heated seat was also another big issue for me. The sales man James Montalvo was very nice and helpful. He never made me feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. All he ask for is a chance to make me an offer. I understand why this dealership is the top Kia dealership in the nation. They are a top notch group of people. What else I enjoyed about the dealership is the fact, I got to hear Christian music while we waited on the paper work. The finance man was extremely helpful and nice. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. For the record, they did not give me anything extra for the comments. I personally wanted someone else to hear how I was treated and hopes that they may consider this dealership if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Our Kia Sorrento was towed to Bulldog Kia last week when it died on Atlanta Hwy. it had 190,000 miles on it and we just replaced the door due to a dee Our Kia Sorrento was towed to Bulldog Kia last week when it died on Atlanta Hwy. it had 190,000 miles on it and we just replaced the door due to a deer accident. We were not happy and did not want to spend more money on our high milage older Kia. Jamie was the first employee we encountered. He was very professional and listened to my husband and I explain our situation. We asked him if the reason for our car dying could be related to our deer accident. He said his team would look over the car and let us know the best solution and if it could be related to the deer. Long story short, Jamie said it was not related to the deer and there was not an obvious reason for the car dying. He advised us that it may be a better investment to think about trading it in. He was honest and instead of charging us more and more, like some repair shops, he said it is in our best interest to maybe consider that its time for a new car. Once we went to sales, we had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan Pace. He could not do enough to help us. He was understanding, professional, and possibly the most laid back and knowledgable car salesman we have ever worked with. Jonathan was able to calm our nerves about financing a new car, match us with a car that will serve our needs, fit into our budget, as well as a car that is well built on the inside and out. Finally, we worked with Steve the finance guy. He was very down to earth and professional. He was honest yet had a way that did not make us feel shameful or bad about how much we could afford. We are so happy that our car was towed to Bulldog Kia, we usually do not shop in Athens but are very glad that we did today! We will be back for service and new cars in the future! They are worth the drive! More

Oil change I was there for my scheduled oil change. They also changed out interior filters that were dirty and needing changed. I also mentioned to Beau how the I was there for my scheduled oil change. They also changed out interior filters that were dirty and needing changed. I also mentioned to Beau how the double sided tabs on one of my window visors did not stick any longer and let the visor flop in the wind. He replace the bad tape and stopped the flop in the wind.
