Great experience Jamie came out to greet me as soon as I drove my car into the dealership to be serviced. He was very friendly. I waited in the nice lounge while that was being done. After a little while, Jamie came in to tell me they had finished servicing my car and were going to wash it for me. Successful First Service Upon arrival at the service center we were promptly greeted and taken care of by Jamie. He showed us where we could wait and said that he'd be back wh Upon arrival at the service center we were promptly greeted and taken care of by Jamie. He showed us where we could wait and said that he'd be back when he had the paperwork drawn up to sign. He did exactly as promised and also came back after the multi point inspection to share information regarding my alignment. He didn't push us doing anything more than paying for the service but because of the further work needed and how it was presented, we added on an alignment for a reasonable additional cost. Overall I believe it took about an hour and that to me is a reasonable time frame considering the number of people coming in and the different needs that were assessed. We had great service by Jamie and all of the staff who were in the area were extremely friendly as well. I will definitely be going back there for all further service needs on my car. More
