I knew it was time for an oil change so I went to the dealership without an appt so my fluids could be checked along with the oil change. I was so afraid I would be turned down because a day like this everyone wanted their car checked out. When I got there they asked if I had an appt. I said no.they said fine they would do it but I would have to wait awhile. That was fine with me. They inspected my car thoroughly and let me know what I needed. TheY game me a deal on a front end alignment and rounded off all my fluids. They finished quicker than I thought. The entire experience was great and I appreciated everything they did for me without an appt. thank you you for Your kindness. More

Great service, would highly recommend to others. I bought my Sorento from another dealership last year, and after taking it back to the same dealership for the first oil change, was very disappointed I bought my Sorento from another dealership last year, and after taking it back to the same dealership for the first oil change, was very disappointed in the service department. The employees were unfriendly, and suddenly there were a million things wrong with my Sorento. And I was there for over two hours for just a simple oil change. I decided to schedule my next oil change at Bulldog Kia since it's closer to my home anyway. I was blown away at the difference in the dealerships. Now granted, bulldog Kia is newer, but they everything was clean and the showroom was beautiful. The waiting area had nice comfy chairs/couches, and they had coffee brewing. The staff was very friendly, treated you like one of their own. Everything was first class. My wait was just short of an hour, so not bad at all. Overall, I was blown away at how well things went compared to the other dealership, and will definitely be bringing my Sorento back for any and all future service needs. More

Battery Replacement Took my car in without an appt on a Saturday to have the battery inspected. Service department was very helpful in getting battery replaced quickly. However, I do plan on contacting Kia regarding their warranty as I would have expected their bumper to bumper warranty to last for more than 2 years on a battery for a new car. Thanks, Jason More

Better than I expected! When I went to Bulldog Kia, I really didn't think I was going to be able to buy any decent kind of car. The people there were really helpful with finding out what my options were and they worked really hard to get me a deal I could agee on. I got a cute, reliable car that's still under factory warranty with a payment I can afford. So happy! More
