A dealer that plays fair. I recently purchased a new Kia from Bulldog Kia, and after arriving home I realized that the numbers that I was expecting didn't quite add up to what I recently purchased a new Kia from Bulldog Kia, and after arriving home I realized that the numbers that I was expecting didn't quite add up to what was in the contract. The difference was small, but it bothered me. So I contacted Steven White who looked at the paperwork and found and explained the difference. I told him that I must have misunderstood some of the details, but what he explained made sense to me. He offered to take responsibility for the misunderstanding and correct the contract at the dealer's expense. He wanted to make sure that I was a happy customer. I did not feel that would be fair, so he then offered to split the amount so that it would be fair to both parties. Keep in mind, he didn't have to offer ANY of the difference, and even after I declined he made the offer to split it. This shows honesty and integrity on Steven's and Bulldog Kia's part. People are human and sometimes mistakes are made, but Steven has shown that Bulldog Kia will step up and try to work with you to make things right. More

So happy I came here Me and my boyfriend have been looking at cars for 2 months and we were almost ready to give up.
