Not only was the staff friendly, but they were so quick about their job! I stepped into the dealership at 5:05pm, and was driving away in my new car at 7:15 pm. The car is beautiful and extremely reliable. I have never had such a stress free experience while purchasing a car. I will absolutely be back, and will recommend them to everyone!!!! 21st century Finally had to accept reality that my 95 Civic with 306,000 miles could not last forever , I began the hunt for a newer used car. When I sat in some of the newer models I felt like I was in a Star Wars episode. A lot has changed! Jonathan Pace helped me crossover into the new age with a wonderful 5 door Kia Forte that I feel so at home driving. He answered all my questions, very informative and patient since this was a big event for me and I was a wee bit anxious. Jonathan and Seth Greenwall manager for used car sales, and Wendell Chatham , who dealt with all the paperwork and financing made this a great experience. Great price, great car, great service and in a timely manor. Thank you for the super service. Highly recommend. More

Really know how to treat people right!!! My wife and I bought a 2012 Kia Soul from Bulldog Kia a few months ago and she loves it. Brought it in because a mechanic we know noticed that one of My wife and I bought a 2012 Kia Soul from Bulldog Kia a few months ago and she loves it. Brought it in because a mechanic we know noticed that one of the belts was in bad shape. Since we had not had our first oil change, this was somewhat unexcepted. In customary great customer service we have come to expect from Bulldog Kia, they replaced the belt - no questions asked! When you go to a service center and have a great experience, that is one thing. When you go and are told you can put your wallet away this time, that is something special all together. I know that Bulldog takes pride in their work as their dealership relys on the word-of-mouth (and mine is always good). I usually have a coupon for my oil changes, but my coupon had expired this time. Ryan, the service person, advised me to go to the website and see if I could find one. He saved me even more money - great guy!! I will continue to take my car to Bulldog for service. More
