Greg was awesome. We went to upgrade our 2020 Telluride S to a 2021 SX and he made it happen exactly how we wanted it to. We told the team that we were perfectly happy with the 2020 that we had purchased S to a 2021 SX and he made it happen exactly how we wanted it to. We told the team that we were perfectly happy with the 2020 that we had purchased from them a couple of years ago so we didn't HAVE to buy anything. I spoke with Greg at 9 am that morning, we made an appointment for 5PM that day and by 630 we were leaving the lot with a brand new 2021 Telluride SX. I cannot say enough about Greg and the entire team at Bulldog Kia. More
