First Rate Customer Service While recently purchasing a new Kia Sedona, we had the best experience that I wanted to relay. We went first to Bulldog Kia because my daughter and h While recently purchasing a new Kia Sedona, we had the best experience that I wanted to relay. We went first to Bulldog Kia because my daughter and her in-laws and my son had all purchased cars there and highly recommended them. We were looking at a Kia Sedona first and then we were going to view a Ford F-150 at the Ford dealership. We never made it to Ford. The Kia sales team that included Austin and Jason were so helpful and actually got us in a 2015 model with low miles that saved us a lot of money and we have a fantastic warranty on the car. We decided to upgrade to leather seats and they were so helpful. However, when I got the car back I realized that the leather was put in according to the wrong picture I had chosen. The leather job was perfect, but there was supposed to be a darker color running through the full seat in the middle and it only ran halfway. It was a simple snafu, but I felt bad that they would have to start over and redo the seats again. I really did want the seats the original way however due do the fact that we had the darker leather on the areas of wear and tear. So as not to bother anyone, we decided just to stay with the leather the way we really didn 't want it. When Steven, the General Sales manager saw that I was not thrilled over the idea, he said that the dealership would make it right for us! Long story short, Kia is replacing all the leather seating again at their cost! They said that they valued me as a customer and word of mouth is their number one advertising. They wanted me, as the customer, to be 100% satisfied with my purchase. I would have to say a big Thank you to Austin, Jason, and Steve for their commitment to total customer satisfaction!
