Charles Russell met us in the parking lot and immediately made us felt as ease with his personable and friendly approach to my wife and me. We ended up buying a new 2021 Kia Sorento SX. Charles took care of all the steps to make our purchase a success. We highly recommend Charles if you need a caring and professional sales person. Bethany Stanton also worked with us on the financial end of completing our purchase and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Andy Wingo did a great job with wrapping up the entire process with signing all the papers in the finance department.
