Best Car Buying Experience My husband and I were in the market for a new car. We weren't really sure what we were looking for, so we went to a variety of car dealerships to see My husband and I were in the market for a new car. We weren't really sure what we were looking for, so we went to a variety of car dealerships to see what our options were. Most of the dealerships that we went to had horrible customer service. One salesman turned his nose up when we told him our budget. Others would just be incredibly pushy. They would call multiple times in a day or bombard me with texts or emails. We were getting frustrated. We decided to check out Bulldog Kia, because I heard that they had amazing customer service. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted by a friendly salesperson that simply asked what he could help us with. Ronnie listened intently as we told him what we were looking for. He gave us a couple of options that were in our price range. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. We test drove some cars, but we couldn't quite make a decision at that time. Ronnie did not make us feel guilty at all for not making a decision on the spot. He respected our time and thanked us for coming to visit. One thing that I really liked was that he did not call me several times a day to follow up. He would send me a text if they received a used car in that he thought we might be interested in. Ronnie was very patient with us as we tend to ask a lot of questions. Ultimately, we decided to get a new Kia Optima. We called Ronnie and he asked us which color we could like. He had our car ready the following morning. We really only needed to sign the paperwork. He made the car buying process very seamless and easy. We will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle! More
