We had a terrible experience with this dealership, they flat out lied to us about an vehicle on their website and attempted a "bait and switch" while we were there. The business manager isn't the greatest. I have a lifetime oil change but some are telling me it's only two changes a year but my paperwork doesn't say that. Efficient and very friendly. Had to have rear end replaced on my Enclave,and it was done in a very timely manner! Today I took my car in to get A/C repaired . I talked to Billy in office , she had i replaced on my Enclave,and it was done in a very timely manner! Today I took my car in to get A/C repaired . My husband bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Less than 30 days that we had the car I noticed it was jerking like if it wanted to turn off and the acceleration was not great at all. We took it in to see what days that we had the car I noticed it was jerking like if it wanted to turn off and the acceleration was not great at all. We took it in to see what was the problem and they didn't find anything aldo they do not have the machine to put the car on to see if there was any other issues. So we were recommend to take it to the local Hyundai dealership. There they told me the clutch to the transmission was bad and it was going to cost me 2500. I was told the car was under warranty with Power Train. Come to find out that only applies to the original owner. We did have the limited warranty but we drove the car to another state and went over the mileage for that warranty. We decided to go the cannon to see what can be done since we were sold a car with a bad transmission and basically we were told thats our problem to figure it out. We even asked to speak to the manager in the used car dept and was told there was no need for us to talk to him. I have to say Lisa from service and Richard from sales were the only people that tried their hardest to help us out so I recognize them as great employees. But other than that Cannon worked really bad with us and sold us a car that came with issues and now we have to be responsible for a bad transmission. I will never recommend them or step foot in this place again. More
