We had a terrible experience with this dealership, they flat out lied to us about an vehicle on their website and attempted a "bait and switch" while we were there. The business manager isn't the greatest. I have a lifetime oil change but some are telling me it's only two changes a year but my paperwork doesn't say that. Efficient and very friendly. Had to have rear end replaced on my Enclave,and it was done in a very timely manner! Today I took my car in to get A/C repaired . I talked to Billy in office , she had i replaced on my Enclave,and it was done in a very timely manner! Today I took my car in to get A/C repaired . I talked to Billy in office , she had it written up and got me a loaner in very rapid time! I’ve been a customer since 1998 and she is terrific ! More
My husband bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Less than 30 days that we had the car I noticed it was jerking like if it wanted to turn off and the acceleration was not great at all. We took it in to see what days that we had the car I noticed it was jerking like if it wanted to turn off and the acceleration was not great at all. We took it in to see what was the problem and they didn't find anything aldo they do not have the machine to put the car on to see if there was any other issues. So we were recommend to take it to the local Hyundai dealership. There they told me the clutch to the transmission was bad and it was going to cost me 2500. I was told the car was under warranty with Power Train. Come to find out that only applies to the original owner. We did have the limited warranty but we drove the car to another state and went over the mileage for that warranty. We decided to go the cannon to see what can be done since we were sold a car with a bad transmission and basically we were told thats our problem to figure it out. We even asked to speak to the manager in the used car dept and was told there was no need for us to talk to him. I have to say Lisa from service and Richard from sales were the only people that tried their hardest to help us out so I recognize them as great employees. But other than that Cannon worked really bad with us and sold us a car that came with issues and now we have to be responsible for a bad transmission. I will never recommend them or step foot in this place again. More

Warning Buyer Beware. Dont buy used vehicle, they don't inspect and service them, instead coverup blemishes and problems. Realizing that they took advantage of me from the date of purchase 4months later ,I took my car in basic service oil change, I had already bought and replace old tires with was bad, they came back to tell me the brakes are bad ALREADY and I need a alignment. When I left my started car driving rough, 4 day later the car started shaking check the oil ,dip stick low and dirty. Call them put on hold no answer. More

Told David what the wife wanted to do and he went to work coming out of 2017 lease to a 2019 Preferred lease, very low mileage on our lease, we spoke by phone multiple times with David working hard for us, retired US Army Special Ops so we are looking for Supplier #s on new car, located the car and we agreed on numbers very easily, set appointment to drive from Tampa to Lakeland to pick up the car, we arrived a little early and David was waiting for us introduced us to Adam Ritchey and Adam started our paperwork immediately everything was DONE within 2 hours Amazing Great Work from David & Adam we were back in the new Envision back to Tampa in no time at all, we are both Stellar Credit and wife doesn't like to waste time, AWESOME JOB Guys!!!
