False Advertisement. Avoid this Place. A few weeks ago I received a written offer in the mail from the General Manager at Lehman Buick GMC of North Miami, Eddie Khodr. Today, I took at trip A few weeks ago I received a written offer in the mail from the General Manager at Lehman Buick GMC of North Miami, Eddie Khodr. Today, I took at trip to the dealership in hopes of redeeming this offer for the trade in of my vehicle. The offer specifies that they will pay up to $3000 on top of the Average Black Book Value of my 2013 Buick Enclave. The general manager never came even close to offering what the Average Black Book value of my car is and much less attempted to offer any additional money ( "up to $3000 as stated by the letter" ). Instead, he offered me $5000 less than the Black Book Value and never even checked the website for suggested averages based on the vehicle. My visit to this dealership was very upsetting. These salespeople and especially the manager will lie to you and act as if the client lacks knowledge of the industry just to try to get away from abiding by their offers. If you want a safe and honest process for buying or selling your vehicle, avoid this place at all costs. More

They were the only one to provide me a quote with a detailed breakdown of options and pricing I requested by email prior to my visit, such as exact model, trim level, options I want and their lowest out-the-door price (which saves me a lot of time and gas). Right there, is an indication of honesty and transparency. Once I arrived to Lehman, Mr. Cristian La Rosa (Sales Specialist) approached and asked me what could he assist me with, what I wanted, what were my preferences, etc. He told me what I could do, what was the best for me, and honestly just showed and proved that buying my first Buick Enclave with them was best choice for me. He was friendly, honest, patient, and very respectful. They looked for every possible rebates and discounts I may qualify for my convenience. I presented them a quote from another dealership and they easily not only matched but beat competitor's price. I was not pressured into a making a purchase, which made me feel more comfortable and confident to make a right decision, it was a very clear and quick transaction. Every phone call I made was answered and I was also called to make sure I was doing well with the vehicle. We certainly need more salesman like Cristian. As Cristian, Mr. Seth Kamber (Sales Manager), Marcial Lembert (Finance Director) at Lehman Buick GMC did an outstanding job overall, they really exceeded my expectations and I may definitely recommend them without any hesitation. Disappointed Extremely disappointed with my vehicle purchase from this dealership. After selecting the vehicle last week and my loan being approved and fully funded by space coast today, we contacted the salesman to advise that our loan was fully funded and that we will be picking up the vehicle today in the afternoon to please have it ready. Sales man assured that car was already detailed and ready. We arrived at dealership about 2 hours after the conversation with salesman and he was busy attending another client so he sat us in a room where we had to wait an hour for him to finish up with his client. The vehicle we had purchased was parked out in the front parking lot and full of ROACHES! We advised the receptionist of the issue and she sent the car to get detailed Bc sales man was not available to assist. Then when sales man became available he states that he isn't sure about how the loan process works with space Coast and says he wasn't sure why there were roaches in the car. I had to print the loan documents from the receptionist desk to give it to him. Then after waiting another hour he states we can't take the car home today because they are going to bomb the car with pesticide. We advised him that we live far and cannot afford to miss another day of work to deal with this matter which is why we called prior to our arrival to make sure everything was taken care of and to avoid any issues. We asked if there was any discount or feature that could be added to compensate our inconvenience and they said No!! While others are happy and excited to drive their newly purchased vehicle home from the dealership, We weren't that lucky. We went home without the car and regretting the purchase we made at this dealership. They could have done a better job and offered more quality service to us as we were new customers. Some more time from work will be missed tomorrow due to us having to return to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. This was an extremely unnecessary inconvenience. Big negligence on delivering quality service to a new client. More

I had an old Jaguar that was on its last leg; I kept putting more and more money into the car. I had in my head that as a home owner I should get some sort of SUV; I was tire of putting mulch and garde putting more and more money into the car. I had in my head that as a home owner I should get some sort of SUV; I was tire of putting mulch and garden supplies in my car; but SUV's are pretty expensive so I was not sure what I should do. Being from South Florida I had known of the Lehman name for years; and I heard a commercial about their Buick GMC store. I decided to take a trip down to the dealership to see what I could afford. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Larry Russell. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him what I was thinking - some sort of small SUV but I did not want to break the bank. He said the he would get me a great price on my car and get me into exactly the car I could afford and needed. At that point he looked at my old Jag and said "I understand why you cant put mulch in that car...its too classy". So Larry got the keys to the car; and while it was being appraised he took me through the lot. The selection was abit overwhelming; but he kept me focused. We came accross a 2011 GMC Terrain. I really liked the look and the style of the car. He took me on a test drive and I have to say it was love at first "drive"! I had never driven a "truck" before and thought the ride would rough. It wasnt at all. During the test drive Larry was explaining all the features of the vehicle and how the radio worked, how to use the onstar etc. I could not beleive how much he know about the car! I mean how many cars are there on a car lot he know everythign about the car! When we finished the test drive we got back to the dealership and we were getting to the part I was dreading....How much down, what can you afford etc. It was not the case at all. Larry gathered some info from me. He took it to his manager and came back with an offer. It was exactly what I could afford; with was well in my budget I was thrilled! We wrapped up the paperwork and I was out before I knew it. I was prepared for the long haul! I have to say I have had and heard of nightmares in the car purchasing process...but I have to say Larry and the Lehman GMC Buick Team restored my faith. I have told several people that if they are looking for a car...they need to go no where else! I am very pleased with my car! More

My husband did a lot of research to find the best price for a 2013 GMC Denali. We had some concerns from reading the other reviews. However, from beginning to end we were treated like the only customer wit for a 2013 GMC Denali. We had some concerns from reading the other reviews.
