Just traded in my Ford CMax that I've been driving around for the last 8 years and upgraded to a lovely Ford Escape SEL. Overall pretty dang happy. The car has a pretty insane amount of tiny cosmetic dings for the last 8 years and upgraded to a lovely Ford Escape SEL. Overall pretty dang happy. The car has a pretty insane amount of tiny cosmetic dings and issues from clearly mishandling, but overall it seems like a pretty good ride for a fairly average price. I'm happy and can't complain, and if it weren't for good friendly service I may have ended up elsewhere. Didn't get as much for my trade in relative to other car dealerships, but the pricing on the car I bought felt like I probably couldn't have gotten it elsewhere. Ended up being more than I wanted to pay and told them my ceiling was, but hey, that's life. Their little fees are quite ridiculous frankly. Overall I'd still recommend checking them out if you're seriously browsing for a used car (can't really speak for the new car aspect). More

Service department is grossly incompetent. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!! Took my 2016 GMC in for a common repair. It was returned in far worse condition. They told me to bring it in DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!! Took my 2016 GMC in for a common repair. It was returned in far worse condition. They told me to bring it in last Thursday so they can run additional diagnostics on Friday. Never heard from anyone on Friday so I walked in for a status report in person. That visit was fruitless. My vehicle sat on the lot over the weekend. Finally, without any prior communication, I get a $6000 estimate TEXT for ADDITIONAL repairs on Monday. Repairs that should have been done the first time. Every time I called the service department to inquire about the text, everything was “not available”; I even asked for the general manager and still no one was available. Finally, on Tuesday, I advocated for a refund expeditiously because my vehicle was never actually repaired the first. I had to pay for a 3rd tow to different shop. Not knowing anything about my situation, their diagnostics confirmed that nothing was ever done to repair my vehicle at this service department. The new shop is charging me a quarter of the cost this service department tried to squeeze out me and I’m confident they’ll get it right. More
