I love GMC trucks, but my service experience at Buick GMC of Mahwah has been very frustrating. Since December 2025 I've brought my 2019 Sierra in four times for the same check engine and ESC/traction control of Mahwah has been very frustrating. Since December 2025 I've brought my 2019 Sierra in four times for the same check engine and ESC/traction control lights. I was charged every visit, and the problem was never fixed. In October I was billed $3,073 on a $233 estimate for ground repairs. Two weeks later the lights came back and the truck went into limp mode, and now they want another $440 diagnostic fee. I called 16 times in four days and got no callback, and my written billing review went unanswered. Jack Tawil, the manager, is new and may have walked into some of this, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. But he did not handle my concerns the way a professional in that position should. I've now filed complaints with GMC Customer Assistance and the BBB. My advice: get every estimate and approval in writing. More

Found the vehicle online and called to check availability. Saw it first-hand in an hour and bought it that day. Took delivery 2 days later. Had a few small scratches on one side and the body shop buffed them out right away. All in all, a really good buying experience. First-time GMC truck owners and have a positive feeling about our purchase and working with Elvis and the others. More
