Relaxing change to buying a car After spending weeks car shopping at other dealers that tried to add on fake dealers cost and unnecessary items that i did not ask for in the contract After spending weeks car shopping at other dealers that tried to add on fake dealers cost and unnecessary items that i did not ask for in the contract. I walked in with my guard up to be greeted by Dave Borntrager in sales. was able to make a great deal on a car i liked. Without any fast talking pressure. When i asked him to give me the out the door price with tax title and lic. I was in shock no dealer add ons no fake tax rate all numbers where what they should of been. unlike at the dealer next store to them that thought i was at a third grade level math. He also had a partner that help when Dave was tied up with another customer while i was there that steped In and helped write up the deal Dan Martino he was just as nice as Dave .. Thay worked together so i would not have to waste time. I had one more hurdle to go thru and that was the Finance guy Zaya Jasim . Thought for sure there is no way i will be able to get past this step with out something getting scammed on. But i was wrong he was a very funny great person he did explain about extended warrenty if i wanted it. He did not push it when i declined. He even said that if i feel i want the warranty i could come back anytime before the bumper to bumper was over to buy it from them in the future. I am 54 years old have bought a lot of cars in my life. This is the best experience i had at buying a car. Thanks again DAVE DAN AND ZAYA. . More

Windshield and dent protection on used car We purchased a used car, first they told us we must buy the gap insurance but when we were signing the documents I saw was reading what I was signing We purchased a used car, first they told us we must buy the gap insurance but when we were signing the documents I saw was reading what I was signing and the finance guy hated that. I saw that gap insurance is optional and I pointed out he got very uncomfortable and took had to took it out which was over $800. Than he said we must pay the $349 for windshield and dent protection which we did, but when I got home I found a flyer in the car that said it’s optional. This was more than a $1000 that it was optional and not required but they said they can’t sale us the car without it. I called so many times to talk to a manager but got a full mailbox. Finally I was able to leave a message for a different manager who never called me back. So disappointed. More
