New vehicle purchase I had the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle for myself. I looked at each of the big three and studied the pros and cons of each. I worked with a Chevy dealer in Southeastern Wisconsin where the dealership itself made several mistakes during negotiations. this turned me off and lead me to continue my search for a new dealer to serve my needs. Anthony GMC in Gurnee Illinois was recommended to me. I was met by manager Trent Tobias and Sales Person Roberto Sandoval. I knew what I wanted and gave them my conditions. Robert Sandoval went over all the options with a similar truck that I desired. He was extremely helpful and did not pressure me in the least. In less than 1 hour, this dealer located the vehicle I wanted and put the paperwork together. Trent Tobias took the time to explain each line item of the trade in and sales transaction. He searched for all rebates and incentives and applied those credits along with our negotiated price of the vehicle. I was very confident I received a good deal and felt as those these gentleman and dealership treated my like a friend rather than simply a sale.
