Absolutely Fantastic Experience! I have been tossing around the idea of getting a used Mercedes-Benz for quite a while now. I happened to come across a 2006 Mercedes-Benz E500 on Anth I have been tossing around the idea of getting a used Mercedes-Benz for quite a while now. I happened to come across a 2006 Mercedes-Benz E500 on Anthony Buick GMC's website (we had a great prior experience there which is why I was looking at their particular site). I went in yesterday morning and was promptly greeted by Tom Isaacson. He was courteous, professional, honest and easy to work with. Everything went as expected and I feel confident Tom had my best interests in mind. Zaya Jazim in Finance was excellent as well. He made everything understandable and was very comfortable to talk to. World Class Experience! I was a little hesitant going to a car dealership as a woman alone. Henry took his time with me, he answered all my questions which I had alot of them. We drove multiple cars, I decided on the 2016 Buick Encore. When we got to the pricing JP the Sales Manager came out with all this paperwork explaining everything to me step by step. I was impressed with all the transparency. ( I wasn't expecting that at all ) We agreed on a selling price. I then met with Zaya the Business Manager. My credit wasn't the worst or the best, but he managed to get me a very good rate based on my credit history. Thank you Anthony Buick Gmc Team!
