Dave Weber introduced himself and asked how he could help us. When we said it was time for a new truck and explained what we were looking for; he immediately asked why so much truck? We told him we were going to buy a new travel trailer with gross combined weight between 8-10,000lbs. and that it would be our daily driver; he agreed that our consideration of the Sierra 1500 with the 6.2L engine would be a good choice. He explained that the fuel management system along with the 8-speed transmission would aid in providing increase fuel economy and allow for comfortably towing the load with ease. Dave told us they didn't have one in stock, but they had one on order and should arrive in about 2 weeks. When the truck arrived Dave called us and we went to see it and discuss the purchase. Dave was well versed on the truck's accessories, options and there operation. Dave said that with the delivery of the vehicle comes 5 years of free assistance on the operation of the accessories and options; after that it is time for a new truck. I already called him twice in first week and he was very helpful. Our experience found Dave to be very knowledgeable and courteous. He tried many options to help us to take delivery. He was patient, but committed. Wish all dealership sales staff were that easy to deal with. More

They got the job done, professionally! I worked with Tom Isaacson over a week or so. I had two test drives of the 2017 Acadia. The second test drive was over an hour. I test drove 3 vehicles that day from different manufacturers/dealers. The Acadia proved to be my favorite. Anthony Buick GMC did not have the color I preferred. So Tom was able to locate the color I wanted. On the day of delivery, the transport driver notified the dealership (Anthony) the Acadia being picked up had paint damage. Great, the car show rebate expires that day! Tom and JP were able to locate still another Acadia for us. Tom went to pick it up this time. Everything went smoothly for the delivery of the Acadia. I was not in the dealership when Tom and JP were pulling a rabbit (actually an Acadia) out of their hats. But they kept me informed of where the deal stood through the afternoon. I didn't have to freak out as they had the situation well in hand. Tom is very personable as well as professional. I did not have the chance to meet with JP, he got the job done locating my new truck. On very short notice. Bravo! My wife and I even had some laughs with Zaya (the Finance Guy, go figure!). So if you are in the market for a car or truck, Anthony should definitely be on your short list of dealers to visit. I'm willing to bet that you will have a great car buying experience as well! More
