BUYERS BEWARE OF SCAM ARTIST DEALERSHIP USING BIG CHEVROLET NAME TO SELL CRAPPY VEHICLES AND SCAM CONSUMERS OUT OF MONEY!! If I could give them Negative stars I would!! I bought my truck from thes CHEVROLET NAME TO SELL CRAPPY VEHICLES AND SCAM CONSUMERS OUT OF MONEY!! If I could give them Negative stars I would!! I bought my truck from these guys in April of 2022, they sold me a warranty with it. All good but now that its been almost 3 years and my truck needs a head gasket repair, my warranty does nothing for me since they sold me a vehicle that had emissions equipment deleted and failed to fix it or let it be known, but also sold a warranty to get a kick back incentive from the warranty for selling it. So reach out to General Manager Jeff Larson, he tells me that the techs said the emissions equipment was there when vehicle sold. which is an outright lie. I haven't done anything to my truck besides fluid changes as needed. So how does he help you ask? He tells me that this sounds like you bought it and deleted it yourself, broke your truck, now wanna get a handout from us to fix it. AGAIN I haven't done anything to this truck I have plenty of people to vouch for this. They aren't willing to pay for repairs since they sold it this way and sold me warranty that does nothing for my vehicle. So BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTIST SELLING VEHICLES WITH WARRANTYS THAT WONT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU THEN WHEN YOU REACH OUT FOR SOME HELP THEY TELL YOU YOUR ON YOUR OWN AND NOT WILLING TO HELP. ALSO THEY CANT EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH THE VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORT ON MY VEHICLE WHICH WOULD BE A LIE ANYWAYS BECAUSE IT IN FACT DIDNT HAVE EMISSIONS IN PLACE WHEN I LEFT WITH TRUCK. I KNOW THEY DONT HAVE THIS INSPECTION REPORT BECAUSE THE GENERAL MANAGER JEFF LARSON TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE IT. WHICH IS A ISSUE FOR THEM. THEY KNEW THEY WERE SELLING THE TRUCK QUICK TO SAVE A FEW THOUSAND DOLLSRS INSTEAD OF DOING RIGHT THING AND FIXING IT BEFORE SALE BECAUSE IT CUTS INTO THERE PROFIT. I had a very bad experience with this dealership trying to buy a car from them that they had online I had to chase down my salesman because he never would return my calls they also trying to get me a bette to buy a car from them that they had online I had to chase down my salesman because he never would return my calls they also trying to get me a better rate by corner round to banks and credit unions in their area when they knew I was out of state and I already had preapproval from my credit union in my state which caused my credit to be danged once more but the worst thing was they keep you in the dark and didn’t tell you where you were at in the deal and you couldn’t get anyone to call you back just a bad experience I suggest you go elsewhere for they deal with you upfront and honestly stay away from this dealership More

These two individuals were wonderful and helpful with my situation, they went above and beyond any expectation I've ever had for a car dealership. Galen asked me question on what I was comfortable price wise, and what I wanted to be driving. I wasn't optimistic of the chances of success as I had fallen short at other dealerships, but Galen and his amazing team at Buick GMC of Bellevue pulled off this feat as if no big deal. I was astonished at the level of dedication the whole staff puts in to make sure the customer feels as comfortable as possible, there was no attempting to sway me to a different vehicle just to make a sale. They ensured that the sale they made ensured the customers happiness was at the core of that sale. (In which Shelby was a fountain of information on everything related to buying cars. There were many many many things that she educated my wife and I on when it comes to the nitty gritty of car sales and buying, which I am grateful for as purchasing vehicles is quite the dive sometimes). Even when some issues occurred after the sale (which the staff stayed late to work with me, which is absolutely phenomenal and well above the highest expectation.) Galen and his colleges put the issues at the front most urgency and did everything within their powers to once again make sure I was taken care of. I can not give enough praise for the level of professionalism, and customer service I experienced at Buick GMC of Bellevue. I will more then happily tell people of the type of care this dealership has for its customers and the above and beyond services they posses!!! 10/10 More
