Great Service, unexpected surprise I was really surprised at the excellent attention that was demonstrated by Rob Wayburn & Andrew. I wanted a preowned car within a certain price range I was really surprised at the excellent attention that was demonstrated by Rob Wayburn & Andrew. I wanted a preowned car within a certain price range. My first experience was with Robert several months prior, unfortunately I was unable to find anything at the dealership. Robert took my information and promised to notify me if anything comes in. At this point I was use to this being the last time I'll ever hear from a sales person. Pre-owned cars are a hit or miss issue as it is. To my great surprise, Robert called several months later with a potential car that will meet what I was looking for. SEVERAL MONTHS ! Rob, was attentive and kind, I actually ended up purchasing not the car Rob called about ( it did meet my needs ), but, a slightly more expensive car. I couldn't be more please with my experience as well as the car. I was treated very fairly & respectively. I has some minor issues that I wanted repaired or replaced. I went to Rob, he walked me to the service department & introduced me to Rich in the service department to make sure I knew who to go to. Rich was also friendly & very patient as I tried to explain my issues. Not a problem well take care of it. Even though this is not a GM product, I will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership. I just can't tell you how great my experience has been with Cape GM, Rob should be commended for his outstanding customer service skills, thus , making this dealership stand out more than others I have experience. More

I was in a hurry to get back to Nantucket where I am based and had forgotten to bring my trade-in title with me so they allowed me to complete the paperwork by fedex and then saved me another trip by putting the car on the ferry to Nantucket themselves with the plates and registration complete. Seriously good service. I was fortunate to work with Rob Wayburn in particular who is exceptionally friendly, diligent, and knowledgeable. More
My husband and I saw this 2008 Cadillac in your lot on a Sunday drive through. I decided I wanted to have a better look at it so I went back on a very rainy Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) and met Sunday drive through. I decided I wanted to have a better look at it so I went back on a very rainy Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) and met Martha coming out the door as I was coming in. As she later explained, she was only doing an errand. It was her day off!!!! But she took the time (the next 3/4 hours) letting me drive the car, going over figures, and helping with the final purchase. She was wonderful!! Now that is customer service!!!! It was truly a pleasant experience working with her!!! Even the owner of the dealership served me coffee!!! What more can you expect!!! Thank you!!!! More
Martha was very easy to deal with and I can be a pain as a customer, but everything she told me I was going to get with my car was delivered as promised was definitely worth the 2 hr drive to Cape Cod from a customer, but everything she told me I was going to get with my car was delivered as promised was definitely worth the 2 hr drive to Cape Cod from my home to make the purchase. Looked at many Suburbans and Yukon's over the past few months with some pretty miserable experiences some dealers. Saw a Yukon Denali XL online and emailed Cape GM, Jason got back to me quickly and I months with some pretty miserable experiences some dealers. Saw a Yukon Denali XL online and emailed Cape GM, Jason got back to me quickly and I drove down the next day to see the vehicle with my wife and 10 month old. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Jason and other staff who were all very friendly. Jason brought the truck around right away and we went for a test drive. The car performed great and I had Jason run the numbers for our trade and the cost of the new vehicle. They gave us a fair price for the trade and we shook hands. Gene worked hard to give us the best rate possible. Overall experience was great. All of the staff were professional and curtious, we were never pressured at anytime. The dealership was really clean, something you learn to appreciate after visiting several over the last few months. Very happy with our purchase, we will definatley visit Cape GM again when we look for our next car. More
