Service tech Donnie Pelham is great. The rest of my review has no bearing on him or his performance. The mechanic that worked on my car forgot to tighten up some connectors for the blowe The rest of my review has no bearing on him or his performance. The mechanic that worked on my car forgot to tighten up some connectors for the blower for the Air conditioner causing the rear air of the vehicle to stop working. This caused me to have take the time to go back in a second time and sit there for an hour while they finally fixed the problem. What bothered me the most is this was clearly the dealerships error. I understand that things happen and no one is perfect but I didn’t see anyone from the mechanics department come out to apologize to me nor did they offer any incentives or compensation for me to come back to them. Vehicle has 10 years of service at this dealership. We have purchased more than one vehicle from them. That is poor business practices. Obviously they didn’t care if my time as valuable if not more valuable than theirs. Nor did they take responsibility for their mistake. More
