Took two full days and $250 worth of “testing” to discover problem was a bad battery. I brought my car into the service department for general maintenance and was very pleased with the whole process. The customer service was superior and everyone I interacted with was very informative and pr maintenance and was very pleased with the whole process. Worst customer care I’ve ever had from a dealership! Had my SUV serviced twice in August at Rick Matthews. First time the technician never covered the passenger seat resulting in grease all over the seat an my SUV serviced twice in August at Rick Matthews. First time the technician never covered the passenger seat resulting in grease all over the seat and scratch in the leather. They basically offered me a couple oil changes and I had to pay for it to get detailed by Fresh Water Detailing. The second visit was a four hour tire change that the technician forgot to put a screw on to hold the inserts on my aftermarket wheels. It broke off while driving from the dealership. I contacted my service advisor advisor and he said they would replace it. 6 weeks later I call him for a status and told me the part is out of stock and they don’t know when it will come in. If I could find one go ahead and get it. Unfortunately the wheels have been discontinued and the only way to get that insert was buying a wheel. I could only find one wheel on the internet. It was $400 and they refused to pay for it. They would only reimburse the $80 a insert cost. They did paint the insert to match the vehicle like the previous. Absolutely incredible they refused to own up to their technician making the mistake or being lazy to pay for the damages caused from them servicing the vehicle. I only used them for over 6 years and it was always good just for an oil change but now I see when I had real issues how I’d be treated. More

Gavin Stebbins came out and insulted my wife asking her what's wrong with her driving and that this is not the speedway here and how could you have missed the sign that says service entrance!! We were shocked at how customers are allowed to be insulted. My wife is a very safe safe driver and does not speed. Mr Matthews we are very disappointed with our experience here and we will not be returning. More
Very poor service from shop and body shop First oil change for my brand new GMC Canyon...Service writer could not be nicer,BUT mechanic who did service was a freakin slob!!!!Got my New truck b First oil change for my brand new GMC Canyon...Service writer could not be nicer,BUT mechanic who did service was a freakin slob!!!!Got my New truck back after an oil change and a big scratch about an 2 inches long on top of the fender and grease all over the side of the front fender....Took truck back,said they would make it right.....Took truck to there body shop,they gave me a nice loaner to drive...Our truck is done at the body shop,picked it up,paint does look pretty good,but over spray all over the windshield and the floor board on drivers side has body shop dust about an 1/2" deep....I said nothing and left,I will NEVER go back to Rick Matthews GMC....The folks he has running that show have NO CLUE whats going on...Shame..... More
