Mr. Wolf, We apologize if you feel we misled you in any way, that was certainly not our intention, nor would we gain any benefit from doing so. While we can appreciate your disappointment that the items were not covered under the warranty you purchased, there was nothing done to mislead you, in any way. The contact you purchased was the one you selected and signed for at time of delivery. Despite this we made a goodwill effort to assist you with the cost of repairs and suggested you could cancel your existing contract and purchase a new contract with the desired coverage level. The contact provider, Zurich, provides the coverage, contracts, pricing quotes and refund quotes--not the dealership. We sincerely apologize that we disappointed you and wish you the best of luck in the future. Sincerely, Jennifer Stals, General Manager

Jennifer, you say in no way was I misled. Again this is were you there when I was signing these papers from the previous financial manager who was terminated were you in the room so you don’t know what went on I do. Also, it was you who called me and said I would be getting prorated $1400 back for canceling my policy only to find out your new financial manager tells me it’s 250 that’s a big difference so you did leave me $1400 and $250 are Two different amounts so did you leave me or not rhetorical question.
