Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Please accept our apologies that we disappointed you. The mud guard that was hanging down was not part of the loss, but we did repair this for you as a goodwill measure. We will work to do a better job of communicating to our customers when we find items like this and give the customer the option to have them repaired, outside of the insurance estimates. In regards to the tires, we did check the alignment and we are happy to share the printed results with you. The vehicle alignment was within spec and was determined that three of the tires were cupped and worn which was causing the driveability issues. As you know, the dealership does not determine what items are approved, your insurance company does. We did submit the tire concern to your insurance company for you. Unfortunately, Progressive declined to approve the tires as part of your claim. That said, due to excessive wear on the tires, even if approved the customer responsibility portion of the cost would have been approximately 80% of the total. We are happy to share whatever documentation or pictures of anything, if you would like to review with your insurance company. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Im not even worried about the tires as much as i am the fact that you had me pick up a car that was not fixed correctly it had plastic parts hanging still and its still is not running correctly but thats the only part you responded to was the tires .

Oil change took 2 hours, too long. A 7 $ fee for a repair order, never heard of that . A charge for paying with a credit card. Pretty sure you will not see me again. More
