As of now, I'm very happy with my new Buick Encore!! I'm so happy to have a windshield wiper on the back window Again!! That was the clincher for me!! My new Baby is an early birthday present 🎁 and Thanksgiving and Christmas 🎄 presents!! Thank you God!! My credit is not great and I had a lot of miles on my Fiesta, but it all worked out and I'm very happy with the results!! More

BEWARE. This dealership engages in blatantly devious pricing practices on AutoTrader. They listed a truck I was interested in for around $54K (with no cavea This dealership engages in blatantly devious pricing practices on AutoTrader. They listed a truck I was interested in for around $54K (with no caveats suggesting additional costs), but once I contacted them to confirm the price, it magically rose to over $81K! When confronted with this discrepancy, they glibly referred to the (very) fine print on AutoTrader's site that allows for dealer uplifts. I am certain that AutoTrader's intent is not for dealers to hide such a huge number and suspect that these practices may also violate Florida's truth in advertising laws (TBD). Upon further inspection of their website, many of their vehicles are priced this way........no wonder the auto industry continues to suffer from such bad reputations. More

I am so happy with my purchase of my 2022 GMC Terrain! Dianne Miller went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Dianne is very helpful, professional, informative, and we had fun too! I've never before had a salesperson who went out of her way to make everything so easy. She set up my Sirius XM, set up my bluetooth and explained all the dash board services the car has. She even followed me home to get my personal check for my purchase. The finance manager and the sales manager were also great to work with. I appreciate that the car was detailed to perfection. Even though it looked great in the lot, Dianne brought it back to have it cleaned and also filled the gas tank before we left with it. I have always in the past brought my cars to Buick/GMC for my oil changes because the are the most reasonably priced. I'm happy to know that their sales department is also great! More
