First impressions were not great as we were there almost 20 mins and no one offered help. We went inside to ask for help and no one seemed eager at first then Scott was walking by and offered help, and so t 20 mins and no one offered help. We can with lots of questions and he answered all of them honestly. He also worked with as I keep changing my mind came in looking at a used 16k suv left with a 27k suv. And I think part of that is because he made me (woman and my mom) feel extremely comfortable and not taken advantage of. He also worked with me on my deal too where I felt comfortable in my financial deal as well. It was first Buick, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you More
