Explained what was wrong. Was told nothing is wrong at all with my vehicle. I explained that my mechanic told me to take it in to the dealer for a CPU flash that there was a b Was told nothing is wrong at all with my vehicle. I explained that my mechanic told me to take it in to the dealer for a CPU flash that there was a bulletin on this particular truck for cpu communication issue and that if it was flashed it more an likely would fix the issues. Dealer told they never heard of this. I explained there was a bulletin and they said we can’t find one. I then copied and pasted the one that my mechanic found and sent them it in an email. No response and still they said nothing was wrong. Had it 3 days. With not being able to fix the issue. I took it back. And left More
