James Norris was very polite and spent a lot of time with us to show us all the changes in the Envision Avenier. Every question of ours was answered. We have driven Cadillacs for 9 years and this was the first time that we had trouble with them. So we came home and went to Buick GMC Brooksvile and the manager assigned us to James Norris. We were welcomed immediately! We pay off our cars immediately so the no financing is needed. More
