My wife and I are very satisfied with how we were treated by each of the departments that assisted us with purchasing our Buick Envision. The salesman, Mark Mercer, answered all of our questions. The sales manager Noah Matz, worked to obtain our business as we negotiated to reach what we considered a fair trade. John Soldo who wrote up the final paperwork and contract was very helpful in explaining Leasing. Also, about 8 years ago we purchased and Enclave from Mathews Buick (the same dealership) and Carol was surprised to find the same service manager Tom Deem. So, Yes, we had a very good purchasing experience. More

Dealership was nice. . George was good going over everything when it went from a lease to a purchase John started with the lease to close on the red truck got delayed . George was good going over everything when it went from a lease to a purchase John started with the lease to close on the red truck got delayed when changed our mind to buy a Buick Enclave. Then we went to Howard Great closing which was a lot of paper work on trading of the sequoia and then a lease then a purchase. Howard was Great and handle all three transactions again to get us in our Buick. Thank you to all who where involved even the girls that helped Mike learn about the computer and answered all his questions. Didn’t get there names or I forgot thank you taking the time with him.
