I First met Charles Vitale who put me in the hands of Bob Perlin..Bob is a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10-I felt very comfortable with him and felt he had my best interest in mind - I dealt with Charles when it came time to filling out the paper work and he was very patient answering all my questions so that I understood the entire lease process- something I did not get from the dealership I had my first lease with - I highly recommend Buhler & Bitter and these two Gentleman. It was time for a replacement and a big shoutout to Tim in the service department for recommending Brendan in sales to me. Brendan listened to what I was looking for in my new minivan and again when I refined that wish list. Since a vehicle meeting the desired specifications wasn't on the lot, Brendan started a search for one for me. He apparently searched dealers as far as 300 miles away to find just the right one. He got it on the lot quickly and now I am the owner of a beautiful new Chrysler Pacifica. Thanks Brendan for going WAY above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. More

Lied & Deceived About Trade-In Value & Final Pricing Went in for a car (Jeep) at Buhler & Bitter (Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM) in Hazlet & was lied to on the trade-in value at signing. Dealt with Joseph Nitt Went in for a car (Jeep) at Buhler & Bitter (Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM) in Hazlet & was lied to on the trade-in value at signing. Dealt with Joseph Nitti their 'Sales & Lease Consultant' who lied & deceived us on the initial trade-in value of the car & the price that was put into the paperwork, a difference of $550 less than was offered during negotiations. They also lied about the mileage on the car, paperwork reflected 55 mi. & the car has 80 mi. registered -- Although this is not as bad it's the principal and morals of business which their salesmen do not have. Be aware of these typical sales tactics at this place if you are looking to purchase there. More
