I've leased both my Jeep Grand Cherokee's from Buhler. My salesperson was Joan Gallup both times. Joan is the person you want to buy/lease your next CDJR from! in 2018, while searching for my first Jeep Grand Cherokee, I called dealerships closer to me but unable to find what I wanted based on price, model, options, etc.. They all said "we don't have it" or they tried to sell me something I did not want. Some dealers, located 40 miles or more would not even provide a price estimate for a lease without me taking an hour drive to them! Enter Joan. I called up the dealer, was put in touch with Joan and she found my car. She quoted me a price and that was the same price I signed the lease for with no issues In fact, Joan was the only salesperson I've dealt with that contacted multiple dealers in the surrounding area looking for the car I wanted since here dealership did not have what I was looking for. She eventually found a dealer in Long Island, NY that had the Grand Cherokee I was looking for. Joan's team sent someone out, delivered the truck to the dealership, end of story. I've never had an experience like this when purchasing a car. I'm a fan of Joan's ever since. Needless to say, my next Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2021. lease was the same if not better. I looked around al local dealers again, just to see what the new model had that the 2018 did not, and the same pattern of dealers not having what I wanted (I know, who had anything in 2021 due to COVID but it gets better). In fact, one local dealer had a model I liked listed for lease and I made an appointment to see it, When I arrived, the car was not there due to the OWNER of the dealership taking the car home, knowing there was someone coming to look at it! I don't even know why I bothered to think that there was any better choice than Joan but I learn by doing senseless acts things, like thinking there was anyone but Joan that I should deal with. So this time, Joan actually had my new Jeep Grand Cherokee built new from the CDJR factory, with each option I wanted down to the color, exactly as I wanted it! Even with COVID and the chip shortage, I got the truck. During my wait, the lease incentives had expired and the lease price changed BUT Joan was able to convince Chrysler to honor the original lease price. My battery died, airbag light came up ,car smells with antifreeze. Had service here about a week ago. They refuse to check car telling me by appointment only. I have been servicing my car there for many years service was enoth for what i need but this is my last time. This is fleet car i am posting same review in my company site. If you want to be disrespected and insulted then this is the place to visit. I was offered 7k less compared to another dealership for my trade. And this is on top of 3k over MSRP they are selling their ca the place to visit. I was offered 7k less compared to another dealership for my trade. I just want to thank Joan Gallup for her honesty, professionalism and outstanding customer service. I drove two hours to look at a used vehicle and Joan was outstanding! I have purchased a lot of vehicles in the past and Joan is one of the best sales associates that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Joan made me and my wife feel very comfortable at the dealership and was very personable. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Joan at Buhler and Bitter! Aside from service, ive never had a good experience at this dealership - especially my last time in. Buhler tricked me into coming in with a trade value that they refused to honor once they realized I wou this dealership - especially my last time in. Like i said, service center is fine, but I would never recommend buying from this lot. More
Rec'd call 9:15 am from finance mgr.larry green telling me bank requesting copy of my SS card.i called bank 2-3 to verify.bank never ask? According to bank they never recd my paperwork n submitted my application with another ss#?? Day of signing sales agreement june 25..was told to sign Power of attorney re registration n lien of vehicle..i refuse to sign.finance mánager yelled at me i need to sign otherwise sales wont go thru regarding registration with DMV was 9 p.m. no one else around except sales emil molina me n Larry green-finance mánager. We r in mid july no Plate n registration yet. Cant have inspection due may 2021. Can someone please tell me what dealer is up too? Many lies n word twisting..past week of rain rear wiper not working..told my sales emil molina.he told me their service will look into it.when i showed up he told me they are not nissan dealer. To bring to nissan n have them check it out..this just one sample of their lies..many others to write here..be super alert..when dealing with them..was advised to call attorney general file complaint.
