Brian A. is the best!!! We went in to Buerkle Hyundai on a Saturday, about 6 months after my wife leased a Tucson. It was our first Hyundai and our first time leasing. Brian made the experience so easy, we went back a second time. After not seeing him in 6 months, he greeted us by name, with a nice big smile. It was great!! I think we spent the first 6-8 minutes catching up, which was so great, and really lowered the stress level. We told Brian why we were there, and an hour or so later we drove off in a new Santa Fe sport. A great vehicle!! Brian is not only friendly and professional, but really made us feel like he cared about us and our experience. Mike Holm at Buerkle is worth a visit I used to sell cars. As a female, I know first hand how cruel, condescending and just plain stupid people can be toward a woman in the car business. I will no longer talk to or give any business to any of my previous co-workers in the car business. I very cautiously did an online inquiry for an Elantra, and ended up with Buerkle. I have experience with them previously when I bought a car from a private party, and Buerkle took care of me and did a lot of warranty work that was coming up at the end of the warranty. (Of course, there was one guy in their Service Dept that did the old - "You're a woman; what do you know about cars" thing when I brought it in for the same thing, the third time. I don't think he is there anymore.) Anyway, I got MIke Holm when I went in to drive an Elantra. He was respectful, patient and I felt comfortable with him. He wasn't condescending and didn't treat me like a number. I ended up buying an Elantra that same day. When I came back to pick it up, I had to bring my 2 teenage daughters. I asked MIke to explain the options to them, as he was better informed and could do a better job. He spent quite a long time with us and with them, didn't talk down to them, and made sure that they knew how to use things like the Hands-free calling. I would definitely go back to Mike and Buerkle to buy again. More
