The specials at this dealership were far better compared to the ones that are closer to me and it was well worth the trip in order to get it Buerkle. Their estimates were right on point or even better for registration and taxes. Chang was very friendly and thorough in walking us through the process. The walkthrough of the vehicle was very thorough on pickup and they even helped me sync my phone to the car right at the dealership rather than leaving me to figure it out by myself. Overall I had a great experience picking up this car and would recommend it to others. More

Salesman Allen Shaw was great! Friendly, thorough, helpful and respectful but I don't think there was a single time that I called him that the phone didn't go to voice mail, which was irritating at ti helpful and respectful but I don't think there was a single time that I called him that the phone didn't go to voice mail, which was irritating at times. The finance guy "Tim" was a different matter...he just wouldn't lay off pushing the extended warranty....after politely declining twice, I should not have to do it for a 3rd and 4th time...This was my first Honda and with Honda's "legendary" reliability I was shocked that I was pumped as hard as I was - and from so many different angles - to purchase the extended warranty.... it was much more so than at, say, a Ford dealership. It almost made me reconsider the purchase, especially when he talked about the expensive repairs he had with one of his Hondas! Why on Earth would you talk down the very product the sales guy has just spent his time building up?! What are you hoping to gain by sewing the seeds of doubt? A sale of a warranty?! Think again, it'll make newcomers like me reconsider entirely. If not for the ratings on Consumer Reports, I would have left. I know the finance guys are often a little different, but this guy made me not like the process at all. Allen's (the sales guy) understanding demeanor was reassuring and I knew I would be dealing with him and not the finance guy from there on out, so I stuck with it. More

I had made a quick trip over lunch on 3/29 to look at the Honda Pilot and get some information to review to consider for purchasing. Allen Shaw came over to greet me as I came into the show room and started Honda Pilot and get some information to review to consider for purchasing. Allen Shaw came over to greet me as I came into the show room and started what would be an excellent overall buying experience with Buerkle Honda. Allen showed me all the features of the Pilot and explained the differences between the EX and EX-L which I was interested. Since I didn't have much time , Allen suggested setting up an appointment the next day Saturday 3/30 which would allow him to have the vehicles I was interested in comparing pulled out for test driving and looking over . The next day , came back for our appointment . Allen got out the exact 2 vehicles - great that they were in stock - both Polished Metal - an EX with Gray Cloth and the EX-L with Gray Leather - so exactly the vehicles we were interested in comparing directly side by side. He showed me the various options and difference between the vehicles - settled on the EX-L - so we went for test drive to get good feel for how the Pilot drove . Allen explained more about the vehicle as I drove , showed some features. Anyway , by the time the test drive was over - this was the vehicle I wanted to buy. We started discussing financing which was awesome with the 0.9% for 60 months , trade in value of my vehicle, and some other potential extended warranty and protection packages. When we ran into a little surprise regarding my trade in, Allen really helped me work through the issue and in the end , I really was satisfied with the trade in allowance . After agreeing to the terms , Allen showed me more details about the available protection packages at the demonstration area which was really good to see what you actually get for the money , benefits, and the warranty aspects of the packages. Anyway, got to the end of the process with meeting with finance , signing the paperwork ,and just a few minutes later I'm in my new PIlot with Allen showing me all the features of the vehicle and helping me set up my Bluetooth for my phone. A few minutes later I'm home showing off our new Pilot to my wife - it's her car and she just loves it already. As for me , Allen Shaw and Buerkle Honda, made this really a wonderful experience - exactly how you should feel when buy a new vehicle. Joe has been my service technician multiple times and has always been truly professional. I was recently in for a scheduled service and based on my report card it appeared that numerous additional services always been truly professional. As I was planning a long trip, I wanted to make sure that these were all completed prior to departure. On arrival at the dealership, Joe reviewed my vehicles complete history and informed my that only one item on my list was actually needed. To satisfy my doubts, he offered to have one of the senior technicians review all of the questionable items and call me with the outcome. He demonstrated to me that the needs of the customer were just as important as those of the company by informing me that these were added expenses that were not needed at that time. His honesty and professionalism saved me hundreds of dollars on this trip alone! This is typical of his performance on every visit. More
