I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic and it was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was totaled after owning it for a little over a year. Because I had such a great experience the first time, I cont was looking for. Unfortunately, it was totaled after owning it for a little over a year. Because I had such a great experience the first time, I contacted Scott to sign up for a 2013 at the end of March and he was able to give me the great service that I had experienced the year before. I am enjoying the new look of the Civic as well as the bluetooth and backup camera which are now standard features this year. Since my car is black, I purchased the environmental protection package. I drove it for two weeks without the protection and then the service was added and I feel that it was worth the money as I can tell the difference. I would recommend Scott to any of my friends who are in the market for a new Honda and will continue to use him for future purchases. The frustrating part has been with the financing department and should have no reflection on Scott. If it had been a straight sale with no payoff of a previous vehicle, I think it would have been very straightforward. There seems to be a disconnect between the financial office at the dealer, Honda finance and the GAP insurance provider. I should have been able to roll over my extended warranty and GAP insurance to the new car, but instead I was given different information from all parties involved and this was not possible. At this point, the 2012 has been paid off in full and I was able to get a refund from the extended warranty after several phone calls to Honda finance, but I am not able to get a straight answer about the GAP refund as I did not use it to pay off the car. After dealing with the after effects of the accident, I wish this part would have gone smoother as I still have phone calls to make a month later to continue to sort it out. More

He was able to answer all the questions we had. Paulo was extremely polite and spent alot of time with us. Much to our surprise, we drove home in a new car that day.
