My experience with your dealership, especially my salesman Mr. Chang Her, was excellent. I walked in the door and asked to test drive a 2013 Fit and I was in the car driving away within 7 minutes salesman Mr. Chang Her, was excellent. My family already owns a 2007 Fit but I had test driven 5 competitors before coming to test drive the 2013 Fit. Mr. Her and I spoke very freely and easily about my thoughts on the competitors and was not critical but still appeared extremely knowledgeable regarding all my questions. I bought the car. It took about 40 minutes more and that was it. The financing was handled quickly and efficiently through Buerkle finance department and Honda. We live quite a distance from the Twin Cities and needed to get home on time. Scott Steinberg even came in on his day off so we could take delivery when it worked for our schedule. My son and I worked with Chang Her on the leasing of a new Honda Civic LX Coupe. Since this was the first time we had ever leased a vehicle, Chang walked us through the process. Once we were through, Scott Bohnen helped us with the paperwork, got the license, Chang mounted the plates, and we were off in a timely manner.
