Consumers often buy a car for a number of reasons, good deal, dealer open for negotiation, dream car, quality of vehicle, location of dealership, and ability and attitude of sales person. At all times thes deal, dealer open for negotiation, dream car, quality of vehicle, location of dealership, and ability and attitude of sales person. At all times these components may not come in one package, but with my experience with Buerkle and with Allen Shaw ( sales) in particular, i got all these factors in one visit. I first dealt with him over the phone when i inquired internet pricing for a RIdgeline. He sounded friendly, informative, not coercing or assuming and just waited till i would confirm dealership visit to confirm terms. We went to Buerkle on a weekend, the place is nice and spacious and with a 6 year old boy the place is welcoming with a play area and good snacks. Allen greeted us, his demeanor is calm, positive and courteous. What impressed me more is that he is transparent with the pricing, patient in listening to our negotiations and demands, willing to go back and forth to Finance to lay out our offers and then coming back with good news. I think we finally agreed on terms after 3 inquiries from us asking for of course 'a better deal.' He would listen to the customers, not judgemental and patient as we arrive to a decision. He even cleaned and detailed the car himself for us. Test drive was nice and fun with a funny, sincere guy around. His accommodation has prevented me from checking in other dealership, this guy got charisma. The only negative matter i felt with this deal though is that the finance guy Tim, can use more of positive energy from his team. His affect is flat, he is stern and passive. I swear he never said Thank You after the paper signing. He seemed annoyed when i asked about the numbers again, ( isnt it my right as your valued customer?) I have to ask, " is this all, are we done?" Bec there was no hint. Did I see him smile? No i didn't. Allen on the other hand conveyed gratitude for business several times even if i have to hold him longer than his time. I will definitely recommend Allen and will deal with him with my future vehicle needs. I know this is a review for Allen Shaw but a positive criticism will not hurt the other guy, i hope. More

Terrible service after initially buying the car. Took a month to put the mudflaps as part of the deal since they didn't have any accessories on hand plus I had to wait 3 hrs for them to get an extra key si month to put the mudflaps as part of the deal since they didn't have any accessories on hand plus I had to wait 3 hrs for them to get an extra key since they didnt have any on hand.
