Stay away from dealership. Bait and switch ads. Out and out lies, no hesitation to tell them if it will get them the sale. Didn’t even use the correct VIN number. Ad blockers used so you cannot pull up the out lies, no hesitation to tell them if it will get them the sale. Didn’t even use the correct VIN number. Poor customer service We were looking at a new car for our daughter and the 2020 CRV was one we were considering mostly. Since we live near Stillwater, it was most convenie We were looking at a new car for our daughter and the 2020 CRV was one we were considering mostly. Since we live near Stillwater, it was most convenient to buy at Buerkle. My husband took the lead and reached out online as Buerkle's website directed. He was dealing with Scott Steinberg and since he claimed he is a "senior sales consultant", my husband assumed all would be good. WRONG! We were considering a couple of other brands and discovered that some cars have additional discounts if you lease them. When my husband asked Scott about this, he was told he would need to make an appointment and come in to the dealership. Scott said they were short staffed and he had too many emails to answer. In other words, he was too busy to help! We were concerned how our daughter would be treated if she went there to pick up the car. We decided to shift gears and buy from Coon Rapids Honda, even though they are a ways further from us. We were treated as valued customers and they are bringing the car to us this weekend. Sorry Buerkle, lost sale! More

Dudley Peterson was able to track me down from the ID on the keys and persisted in contacting Buerkle was contacted by a man who found my Honda keys.
