He was sensitive towards my requirements and took great care during the buying process. Even after buying the car, Chris has been helpful during the periodic service visits, providing proper guidance. Recently, I was looking for a used car and ended up buying a 1999 Civic, which again Chris guided in the buying process. Now I have a brand new Odyssey and a 17yr old Civic. Honda makes real good product, even after 17yrs my civic runs great. Chris is honest, sensible, helpful and very easy to work with. I drive from Hopkins to Buerkele Honda, though I have Luther and other dealers a stone throw away, just because of the experience I had with Chris. More

Being a new model that is in high demand we knew that we would likely have to wait and/or compromise on what we could get in a reasonable time. Not to mention pay a premium. I contacted basically every Honda dealer within 150 miles of our home. I experienced typical results. Lots of high pressure, sales people that did not know the product, people that did not follow up, etc. However, Ray So at Buerkle was different, he could answer all our questions, had a vehicle available for a test drive when we arrived and applied no pressure on us to make a decision. In the end, he found us exactly the vehicle we wanted in the colors we wanted and at a price we were comfortable with. Yes, we have to wait a bit for it to arrive, but that we expected. Highly recommended! More

I knew I needed good size trunk space and good gas mileage, given I drive over 22,000 miles a year. The Accord fits my needs perfectly. One of the best parts of all is it came in my favorite color! It drives like a dream and is quite roomy inside. I am very happy!. Also, Tom Kulstad made the financing piece quite painless and was easy to work with. Both Scott and Tom were very knowledgeable.
