I just moved here to Minnesota and I thought this place was an honest and reliable dealership after my first visit but that was a mistake. Imagine what the service manager named Terry had to say “Oh we are sorry, we can’t find the problem”. After leaving the car with you. Note: this car never had that issue before handing it over to them, just all of a sudden it has this issue. On top of that, I was in a rush to get back to my apartment, i left my AirPods in the car and this is to show you how dishonest this dealership is, by the time I came back to pick up my car, they were gone and all they could tell me was that, they never saw it. If it serves you guys any better, you can have them. This dealership is a complete disappointment andu a total embarrassment to Acura as a whole. With the exception of Chu (a service advisor), Terry as a manager your customer service is horrible. Thank you for denying the damages your service dept caused to my vehicle, I am very sure one of techies took the car for ride and burnt something in the process and I will gladly take my business somewhere else.
