Andy was very pushy sales person. When I told him I was looking for a car payment around $200 he told me the average person's car payment is $400, like it was suppose to make me feel better. Discussed my credit score out in public sales area, which was mortifying. I was pre approved through capital one for 3.5% and the dealership refused to take my check capital one sent me. They then ran my credit through telling me I was approved through capital one again for over 8%. Buerkle ran my credit score so much it dropped my score from 708 to 694. The car I was looking at Andy told me it was a rental and then later when I asked which rental company said oh no it's not a rental. He also told me they just lowered the price, in which my boyfriend said it's not lowering if this is what it started at. Tried to use other terrible manipulative tactics like calling his wife to say "sorry honey I'm going to be home late", even though I'm sure if I pushed redial it wouldn't have been his wife. He told my boyfriend that he's a smart guy, which I hope sense he's a college professor. In the end I left and Andy still could not give me a estimated monthly payment. More
